TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E123 OF 2021 By Fredrick Morara Masira, of P.O. Box 12154-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Osiemo Masira, who died on 8th January, 2017. CAUSE NO. E126 OF 2021 By (1) Gideon Okemwa Omburo and (2) Joshua Ogeta, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onyansi Okinyi, who died on 7th November, 1973. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
