TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E310 OF 2021 By Joseph Ariyo Oloyo, the deceased's stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Syprina Jonyo Ouma, who died on 18th May, 2018. CAUSE NO. E311 OF 2021 By Joseph Ariyo Oloyo, the deceased’s stepson, for a grant of Jetters of administration intestate to the estate of Juma Mbadi, who died on 20th March, 1999, CAUSE NO. E346 OF 2021 By (1) Siprosa Anyango Kipasi and (2) Tom mboya Kipasi, both of P.O. Box 222, Homa Bay in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipasi Ohombo Wendo, who died at North Kanyabala, on 4th October, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
