E127 OF 2021 By Collete Nerima Lubia, (2) Mercyline Nafula Lubia and (3) Teresa Auma Lubia, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ibrahim Khanyukhe Lubia, who died at Kiserian, on 25th February, 2018. CAUSE NO. E141 OF 2021 By Seyian ene Lepaso, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lepaso Mboyi Lepaito, who died at Imbilini Sub-location, on 15th November, 2009. CAUSE NO. E150 OF 2021 By Neri ene Kuyan Keshere, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kuyan Keshere Sompol, who died on 8th June, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
