TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 602 OF 2021 By Gerishon Gathima Ngatia, of P.O. Box 7-20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aram Ngatia Waithuthi alias A. Ngatia Waithuthi, late of Kiwanja Location, who died at Gatimu, on 25th May, 1998. CAUSE NO. 10 OF 2022 By (1) Janet Wangechi Maina and (2) Agnes Nyawira Kibira, both of P.O. Box 10, Kinamba in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Nyawira Maina, who died at Kinamba, on 19th November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
