CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2022 By (1) Maragara Gachie and (2) Monica Njeri Gacie, both of P.O. Box 184, Ngewa in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gachie Kiburi, late of Kiambururu, who died there on 22nd September, 2013.
