TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E768 OF 2021 By Mediatrix Makokha Lunani, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kenneth Ongale, late of Soi, who died at Shalom Hospital in Kenya on 18th August, 2021, CAUSE NO. E792 OF 2021 By (1) Dorcus Muronjo Ngoyani and (2) Peter Songa Okata, both of P.O. Box 153, Bukura in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulo Songa Okong’o, late of Kakamega, who died at Eshibeye Sub- location, on 25th May, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
