TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E144 oF 2021 By (1) Philip Kinyanjui Kimani and (2) Jane Wairimu Kimani, both of P.O. Box 22499-00505, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kimani Kinyanjui, who died at Thika Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 20th May, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
