Box 950-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Muriu Kariuki, late of Nairobi, who died at Mater Misericordie Hospital in Kenya, on 8th April, 2021. CAUSE NO. E2483 OF 2021 By (1) Caroline Kawira Kimathi and (2) Benson Masila Mutunga, both of P.O. Box 41995-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yuan Aigqing, late of Nairobi, who died there on 15th March, 2018. CAUSE NO. E2587 OF 2021 By Benita Sigei Hornik, of P.O. Box 51-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of written will to the estate of Lydushka Hornik Piotto, late of Karen, who died there on 5th August, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
