NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 2nd December, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1255, in Volume D1, Folio 402/6066, File No. MMxXxXI, by our client, Douglas Twala Masikonde, of P.O. Box 85, Narok in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Douglas Twara Kwamboka, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Douglas Twara Kwamboka, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Douglas Twala Masikonde, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Douglas Twala Masikonde only.
