NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 5th October, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2734, in Volume DI, Folio 367/5567, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Sofia Wangechi Rajab, of P.O. Box 53834-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Sofia Wangech: Rajab Leteipan, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Sofia Wangechi Rajab Leteipan, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Sofia Wangechi Rajab, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Sofia Wangechi Rajab only.
