GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 532

WHEREAS Abdulla Munyiri Juma alias Munyiri s/o Kirima (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.02 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Iriaini/Gatundu/468, and whereas the Principal Magistrate's Court of Kenya at Karatina in succession cause No. 90 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration intestate to (1) Maimuna Wairimu Munyiri, (2) Ismail Mwangi Abdulla and (3) Amina Wanjiru Kamau, as an administrators and the beneficiaries, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents RL. 19 and RL. 7 in favour of the said (1) Maimuna Wairimu Munyiri, (2) Ismail Mwangi Abdulla and (3) Amina Wanjiru Kamau, as an administrators and the beneficiaries, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Abdulla Munyiri Juma alias Munyiri s/o Kirima (deceased), shal! be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
