GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 527

WHEREAS Perisina Muthoni Wangondu alias Pelicina Muthoni Wangondu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 3.56 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Gatarakwa/Gatarakwa Block 2/286, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Nyeri in succession cause No. E93 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration intestate to Joakim Irungu Wangondu, as an administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Anthony Wanyiri Wangondu, (2) Gichane Joe Wangondu and (3) Joakim Irungu Wangondu, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents RL. 19 and RL. 7 in favour of the said Joakim Irungu Wangondu, as an administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Anthony Wanyiri Wangondu., (2) Gichane Joe Wangondu and (3) Joakim Irungu Wangondu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Perisina Muthoni Wangondu alias Pelicina Muthoni Wangondu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
