THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Muiru Njoroge (deceased), of P.O. Box 24, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Loc. 3/Gituru/870, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Murang’a in succession cause no. 238 of 2019, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) David Njoroge Muirur (ID/4243468 and (2) Samuel Munoru Muiru (1D/9945981), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and surrender to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant documents and issue land title deed to (1) David Njoroge Muirur (ID/4243468 and (2) Samuel Munoru Muiru (I1D/9945981), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said James Muiru Njoroge (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
