REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Ndungu Muriithi (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.2927 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title No. Nakuru Municipality Block 5/235, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the Jand register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
