WHEREAS Cignolini Maria Teresa, of P.O. Box 953-80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership of House No. 302. on all that piece of land known as plot No. 97009, Malindi, situate in Malindi Municipality in Malindi District, registered as C.R. 50365/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is viven that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof. [ shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under the Act. Dated the 21st January, 2022.
