THE RECORDS AND DISPOSAL (COURT) RULES
(Cap.14)
ACT
IN ACCORDANCE with the Records Disposal (Court) Rules, notice is given that three (3) months after the date of publication of
11th February, 2022 notice, the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Lamu intends to apply to the
Chief Justice for leave to destroy the records, books and papers of the
Principal Magistrate’s Court at Lamu as set out below:

Traffic cases
A comprehensive list of all condemned records that qualify to be disposed under the act cun be obtained and perused at the Principal
Magistrate Court Registry, Lamu.
Any person desiring the return of any exhibit in any of the above cases must niake his/her claim within the time stipulated in this publication should do so before the expiry of the notice.
All exhibits to which no claim is substuntiated before the destruction of the records shall under section 4 deemed to be part of the records for the purpose of destruction, Dated the 3rd January, 2022.

INTENDED DESTRUCTION OF COUNT RECORDS
IN ACCORDANCE with Records Disposal (Courts) Rules, notice is viven that three months alter the date of publication of this fotice, the Chief Mugistrate’s Court at MWwitgi Law Courts intends to apply to the Chief Justice for leave utider Rule 3 to destroy the records, books and papets of the Chief Mayistrate’s Court at Muviiigi as set out below;
