IN ACCORDANCE with the Records Disposal (Court) Rules, notice is given that three (3) months after the date of publication of 11th February, 2022 notice, the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Lamu intends to apply to the Chief Justice for leave to destroy the records, books and papers of the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Lamu as set out below: 1990-2010 1990-2010 Criminal cases Traffic cases A comprehensive list of all condemned records that qualify to be disposed under the act cun be obtained and perused at the Principal Magistrate Court Registry, Lamu.
