REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Susan Wachuka Muriithi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.045 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nyandarua/Kiriita Mairo Inya Block 2(Ngaindeithia)/4942, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nyahururu in succession cause No. 262 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration to Hiram Mwangi Muriithi (1D/20250916), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Susan Wachuka Muriithi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Susan Wachuka Muriithi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
