GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1343

WHEREAS Mary Wanjiru Kiragu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land situate in the district of Laikipia, known as Laikipia/Marmanet/4726 and 4717, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nanyuki, in succession cause No. 68 of 2016, has issued a grant in favor of Charles Ndiritu Kiragu. and whereas the said Charles Ndiritu Kiragu has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19, and whereas the land title deeds of the said pieces of land are lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of Charles Ndiritu Kiragu, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued to the said Mary Wanjiru Kiragu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
