REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Johana Muriithi Kebendu alias Mureithi Kebendu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Mutira/Kanyei/385, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the Magistrate’s Court at Kerugoya in Succession Cause No. 475 of 2016, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) David Wachira Muriithi and (2) Phyillis Nyawira Mutugi, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registration for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to (1) David Wachira Muriithi and (2) Phyillis Nyawira Mutugi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Johana Muriithi Kebendu alias Mureithi Kebendu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
