GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1340

WHEREAS Simon Runo Kagiri alias Simeon Runo s/o Kagiti alias Runo s/o Kagiri (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.5 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Tetu/Kiriti/32, and whereas the Chief Magistrate's Court of Kenya at Nyeri in succession Cause No. 24] of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration intestate to Elijah Gitaari Runo as an administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Ben Runo Ngugi and (2) Joyce Nyawira Ngotho, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents RL. 19 and RL. 7 in favour of the said Elijah Gitaari Runo as an administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Ben Runo Ngugi and (2) Joyce Nyawira Ngotho, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Simon Runo Kagiri alias Simeon Runo s/o Kagiri alias Runo s/o Kagiri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
