REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Margaret Wanjiru Rwara (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0212 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Othaya/Kihugiru/1341, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in succession Cause No. 278 of 2015, has issued grant of letters of administration intestate to Francis Kimaru Rwara, as an administrator and the beneficiary is Regina Wangari Rwara, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents RL. {9 and RL. 7 in favour of the said Francis Kimaru Rwara, as an administrator and the beneficiary is Regina Wangari Rwara, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Margaret Wanjiru Rwara (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
