GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1337

WHEREAS (1) Raphael Mburu Kabugua and (2) Charles Chege Kabungua (both deceased), are registered as proprietors of that piece of land known as Juja/Kiaura Block 1/58, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Thika in succession cause No. 527 of 2006, directing the name of Raphael Mburu Kabugua be cancelled and replaced with that of Cecilia Njango Mburu, and whereas the same court in succession cause No. 214 of 2019 directing the name of Charles Chege Kabugua be cancelled and replaced with that of (1) Cecilia T. Njeri Gakere and (2) Isaiah Ndungu Chege, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to (1) Raphael Mburu Kabugua and (2) Charles Chege Kabungua (both deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument and RL. 19 and RL. 7. and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Raphael Mburu Kabugua and (2) Charles Chege Kabungua (both deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
