WHEREAS Evans Mboi Misati (ID/9970613), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 03.20 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kisii, registered under title No. Majoge/Bombaba/3703, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to open a new land register, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
