WHEREAS Justus Mulwa Nduya, of P.O. Box 42506, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.2 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered under title No. Mombasa/Bububu Settlement Scheme/548, and whereas the land register (green card) in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said: land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register (green card) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
