THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Wilson Kaisongo Ogero and (2) Joseph Mosoti Omambia, both of P.O. Box 85, Ikonga in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/VII/163, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of an Indenture conveyance registered in Volume N41, Folio 306/2, File 12855, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land: register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
