REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Dainah Nyjert Gitan (1D/6091381) and (2) Cyrus Gitari Kathuri (1D/5772624). both of PO. Box 58637, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.20 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kuirinyaga, registered under title No. fnoi/Ndimi/2004. and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land ttle deed issued thereot has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objectiun has been received within that period.
