REGISTRATION
WHEREAS (1) Patrick Makokha Musumba and (2) Francis Oundo
Odhiambo, both of P.O. Box 210, Butula in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land situate in the district of Busia/Teso, registered under title No. Marach/Elukongo/2290 and 2291, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty
(60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
