TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E424 oF 2021 By Maria Oloo Oliech, of P.O. Box 7, Ngiya in Kenya, the decaesed’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Crestina Muholo Muga, who died on 23rd June, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. J.ONG’ONDO, District Registrar, Siaya.
