TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2022 By Francis Owino Okumu, of P.O. Box 91, Butula in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Okumu Osore, who died at Bulemia Sub-location, on 13th June, 2012. CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2022 By (1) Silvester Emusugut Elungata, (2) Abisansio Eulla Elungata and (3) Yoronimo Ojula Elungata, all of P.O. Box 7, Amukura in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elungata Ongala, who died at Aludeka Sub-location, on Ist November, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
