E10 OF 2022 By (1) Alice Akech Owuor and (2) David Owuor Otieno, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owuor Isera, who died on 30th June, 1997. CAUSE NO, E11 OF 2022 By (1) Mary Adoyo Odage, (2) Jacob Polo Odage and (3) Phelix Otieno Ochuodho, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odage Dickson Ochuodho alias Dickson Odagi Ochuodho, who died on 3rd March, 2004. CAUSE No. E12 OF 2022 By Selemiah Ouma Omogi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eriasafu Omogi Nyainda alias Elizar Omogi, who died on 15th April, 2000. CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2022 By Susan Auma Onyango, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Onyango Owino, who died on 22nd December, 2008. CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2022 By (1) Mereline Atieno Onyango, (2) Paulvet Okeyo Odoyo and (3) Rose Atieno Otieno, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and creditor, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ismael Were Omungu, who died on 19th March, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
