TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. ES OF 2022 By Charles Obogo Gati Mgini, of P.O. Box 1, Ntimaru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Debora Gati, who died on 2nd September, 2019. CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2021 By John Weisiko Chacha, of P.O. Box 1, Kehancha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chacha Getocho, who died on 11th August, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
