CAUSE NO. 55 OF 2021 By Grace Soti Rotich, of P.O. Box 131, Mogotio in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leboo Rotich, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 30th December, 2017. CAUSE NO. E106 OF 2021 By Peter Ndiritu Thitai, of P.O. Box 235, Kabazi in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Kanyeria Thitai alias Samuel Kanyeri Thitai, who died at District Hospital, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, on 29th March, 2013. CAUSE NO. 109 OF 2021 By (1) Milkah Chesang Cherutich and (2) Gladys Jepkoech Cherutich, both of P.O. Box 419, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Job Kibet Kiprop Cherutich, who died at Valley Hospital in Kenya, on 6th February, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
