TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2021 By Mark Ouma Obiero, of P.O. Box 403—40300, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kennedy Otieno Ouma, who died on 30th July, 2010. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2022 By (1) Ochieng Jafan Oloo and (2) Willis Omondi Oloo, both of P.O. Box 51814-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silvano Oloo Waringa, who died on 30th March, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
