TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E326 OF 2021 (326 OF 2021) By (1) Thomas Ombonya Ongolo. of P.O. Box 83522-80100, Mombasa in Kenya and (2) Jack Odongo Ongolo, of P.O. Box 343— 00515, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s nephews, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jecktone Awino Ogongo, who died at Kokwiri. on 9th January, 2006. CAUSE NO. E548 OF 2021 By Selfesta Owudi Aswee, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Oyier Okeno alias Daniel Oyier Okewo, late of Mahaya, Rarieda, who died there on 6th August, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
