CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2022 By (J) James Wafula Tera and (2) Bernad Njegu, both of P.O. Box 37, Kipkaren in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wakhungu Wechuli Njegu, who died at Lugulu Hospital in Kenya, on 27th October, 2003. CAUSE No. E]2 OF 2022 By Jacob L. Z. Rubia, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rupia Liru, who died on 16th February, 1971.
