TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E4 OF 2021 By Gabriel Ndulia Ngangi, of P.O. Box 1-90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, through Messrs. Mbaluka & Co., advocates, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngangi Suva Mwenga, who died at Yanzuva Sub-location, on 29th September, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. Dated the 3rd November, 2021. 1.G. RUHU, District Registrar, Mwingi. In Gazzette Notice No. 13954 of 2021, Cause No. E4 of 2021 is revoked.
