Box 181, Kikima in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ndambuki Muthoka, late of Mbooni, who died at Machakos, on 10th June, 2007. Box 51, Mbumbuni in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kyasyo Nzuki Nzesya, late of Kithuki, who died there on 4th July, 2007. CAUSE NO. 2 OF 2022 By Mutisya Kyasyo Nzuki, of P.O. Box 51, Mbumbuni in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzivulu Kyasyo Nzuki, late of Muangeni, Kithuki, who died there on 27th November, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
