E199 OF 2021 By Penina Fredrick Kisilu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rael Masiku Musyoka, who died on 26th March, 2004. CAUSE NO. 249 OF 2021 By (1) Milkah Wayua Kiiyo and (2) Naumi Syombua Joseph, both of P.O. Box 29, Kivaa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kiio Ivali, who died on 26th April, 2016. CAUSE NO. 264 OF 2021 By Joseph Kamana Mwania, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Mwania Kamana, who died at Muthesya Location, on 30th November, 2012. CAUSE NO. 265 OF 2021 By Pollinah Mutisya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbithe Kisilu Kingeli, who died at Kivaa Location, on 4th September, 2014. CAUSE NO. 267 OF 2021 By Makato Kitivo Mutyetumo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makato Kitivo Mutyetumo, who died on 26th April, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
