TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2021 By (1) Johana Kipngeny Chebii and (2) Paul Kwambai Chebii, both of P.O. Box 449-30700, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chebii Chepkurui Kiprop, who died at Chelingwa Sub-location, on 20th January, 2004. CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2021 By Edwin Kiplagat Cheboi, of P.O. Box 163-30705, Kapsowar in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mathias Biwott, who died at Koibatek Location, on 22nd August, 2017. CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2021 By Clement Kiplagat Ruto, of P.O. Box 360-30700, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruto Tuei, who died at Bugar Sub-location, on Sth September, 2014. CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2021 By (1) Philip Kimurgor Chirchir and (2) Judah Kiplagat Tarus, both of P.O. Box 973, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kwambai Chepkurgat Cheptoo, who died at Kapkoi Sub- location, on 16th December, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
