TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2021 By John David Otieno Ondiek, of P.O. Box 276-40404, Rongo in Kenya, for grant a of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Ondiek, who died on 17th January, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
