TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E51 OF 2021 By Isaack Litunya Masengeli, of P.O. Box 172-50205, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dishon Nalika Murakho alias Nalika Murakho, who died at Mihuu Sub-location, on 22nd August, 2013. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2022 By (1) Joan Makand Sasaka and (2) Wanyama Wekesa Tonny, both of P.O. Box 218, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Absalom Wanyama Sasaka, who died at Makuselwa Sub-location, on 15th January, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
