TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E227 OF 2021 By (1) Beth Wambui Mwangi and (2) Joseph Mwangi Niihia, both of P.O. Box 76, South Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mwangi Wanjihia, who died at Mama Lucy Kibaki Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd July, 2021. CAUSE NO. E243 OF 2021 By (1) Michael Mathai Nderitu and (2) Francis Thitai Nderitu, both of P.O. Box 1, Miharati in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Ndiritu Mathai, who died at District Hospital, Naivasha in Kenya, on 24th April, 2013. CAUSE NO. E253 OF 2021 By (1) Peter Mwangi Miringa and (2) Benson Kiragu Miringa, both of P.O. Box 216, South Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miringa, who died at Kinja, on 18th February, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
