TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 7 OF 2021 By Esther Wanjiku Linus Mwangi, of P.O. Box 174, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Linus Mwangi Njoroge alias Linus Mwangi, who died at Kandara, on 7th May, 2007. CAUSE NO. 281 OF 2021 By Francis Ndungu, of P.O. Box 190, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mungai Njau Inegene, who died at Kahuma, Naaro, on 21st February, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
