TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2021 By Christina Kobilo Kiprop, of P.O. Box 76-30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of Jetters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepkwony A. Chebii alias Chepkwony Chebii, who died at Kituro, on 5th October, 2010. CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2021 By (1) Samuel Kipngok Ngotei and (2) Enock Kiprono Komen, both of P.O. Box 307-30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipng’ok Chebechei alias Kimngok Chebechei, who died at Kaptigen, Tenges, on 3rd September, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
