TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 269 OF 2019 By Elizabeth Mbatha Yunga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Yunga Muthinzi, late of Kitui, who died at Kyangwithya East Location, on 10th September, 2016. ‘CAUSE NO. EI60 oF 2021 By (1) David Muthoka Katwikila and (2) Peter Mwanthi Katwikila, both of P.O. Box 1~90200, Kitwi, the deceased’s brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lillian Nduki Katwikila, who died at Kitui, on 3rd November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
