TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E417 OF 2021 By (1) Francis Kiilu Ngutu and (2) Loko Muthama Kimatu, both of P.O. Box 50-90110, Mbiuni in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngutu Kimongo, who died at Mumbuni Sub-location, on 17th April, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
