Box 301-60401, Chogoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwira Kaburi alias M'Muira Kaburi, who died at Gakui, on 27th December, 2012. CAUSE NO, E339 OF 2021 By (1) Fridah Kagendo Miriti arid (2) A Fredrick Gitonga, both of P.O. Box 422, Chogoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eustace Miriti alias Eustice Miriti, who died at Bardimu Village, on 1st December, 1970. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
