TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E363 OF 2021 By (1) Peter Ndegwa Wambugu and (2) James Wambugu, both of P.O. Box 3067, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monicah Wanjiku Mbogo alias Monica Wanjiku Mbogo, who died at Karate, on 29th March, 1990. CAUSE NO. E368 OF 2021 By (1) Pau! Kimani Kinoo and (2) Francis Waweru Kinoo, both of P.O. Box 182, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fracia Mwihaki Kinoo, who died at Karate, on 23rd June, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
