TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 589 OF 2021 By Charles Mwaniki Mwangi, of P.O. Box 1085-10100, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vincenza Wambui Mwangi, who died at Majengo, Nyeri, on 9th April, 2006. CAUSE NO. 634 OF 2021 By John Mahinda Muthoni, of P.O. Box 112, Kiganjo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Muthomi Mahinda, who died at Kaburaini, on 6th October, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
