TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2022 By Peter Thiong’o Muchiri, of P.O. Box 11735-00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Mary Thiong’o, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching and Referral Hospital, on 8th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2022 By (1) Jane Waithira Njunge and (2) Ann Wanjiku Njunge, both of P.O. Box 19-00614, Wangige in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Njunge Waweru, late of Muguga, who died at Kiambu County Covid-19 Centre, on 3rd August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
